Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in medical device packaging and product development.
• Basic understanding of packaging design principles and material science.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, testing, troubleshooting, spec creation and validation of medical device packaging to ensure product integrity and safety throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory, to ensure packaging meets all regulatory and quality requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Strong desire to stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to recommend improvements to packaging solutions.
