Relyans Max. is seeking a Packaging Engineer to lead the development and sustainment of packaging systems for automotive fasteners across manufacturing and shipping processes.

This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective packaging aligns with customer requirements. You will manage customer-supplied packaging assets, define specifications, and oversee production bin lifecycle while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Purchasing to meet customer requirements and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 3–5 years of packaging engineering or packaging management experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with returnable packaging systems and customer-specific packaging standards.
• Familiarity with AIAG packaging guidelines and ERP systems.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain customer-specific packaging specifications.
• Manage customer-supplied returnable packaging assets.
• Coordinate procurement, tracking, repair, and replacement of packaging.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent production interruptions.
• Lead packaging improvement projects using Lean principles.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and customers.
• Validate new packaging designs via production trials and testing.
