Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Packaging R&D Specialist for a client in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The role supports the Packaging Research & Development team, leading end-to-end packaging development and coordinating trials with manufacturing facilities and suppliers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Packaging Engineering/Packaging Science and at least 5 years in a CPG/FMCG environment. The position is hybrid (3 days on-site) with a pay range of $45–$52 per hour on W-2 for an 18-month assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of packaging experience within a CPG/FMCG environment.
• Experience supporting packaging specifications, testing, and supply chain activities.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials including flexible packaging, paper cups and lids, and corrugated packaging.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CAPE/TOPS, and packaging specification management systems.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking a Packaging R&D Specialist to join their team. As a Packaging R&D Specialist, you will be part of the Packaging Research & Development department supporting a collaborative and innovative team.
