The Packaging Engineer position has the responsibility of working closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement new Packaging technologies and applications for the Italian & Frozen category. This includes, primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging and will require an understanding of multiple packaging materials, configurations, and processing technologies. The role partners with cross-functional business teams, including Marketing, CCID, and Supply Chain, to evaluate new technologies and applications against the needs of consumers, the brands, and manufacturing capabilities. The role requires coordination and execution of multiple complex and multi-disciplined projects with some supervision.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $95,200-$130,900.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
