Job summary

Blendtec, a leading designer and producer of high-end blending solutions in Orem, UT, seeks a Document Control Specialist to manage packaging documentation and ensure materials meet customer and regulatory requirements.

You will work with Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to develop and maintain BOMs, ECOs, labels, and related packaging docs while ensuring proper release and revision control in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with document control, ERP systems, or manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering on customer packaging requirements.
• Create and maintain BOMs, ECOs, product labels and label maps.
• Maintain labels using Adobe Illustrator and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Enter and maintain package information in the ERP system.
• Ensure document control processes and revisions are followed.
• Coordinate with distributors and contract manufacturers on BOMs.
• Assist with artwork routing and master file maintenance.
