Atrium is seeking a Packaging Development Manager to oversee the packaging process from design through launch. This role requires coordinating with stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and ensuring packaging meets quality, timeline, and budget goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and expertise in packaging materials and specifications, with experience collaborating with overseas factories and maintaining PLM documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging-related field is required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the packaging process and communicate with stakeholders throughout development, design, and launch phases.
• Monitor project progress to meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with overseas factories to establish milestone dates.
• Prepare critical documentation for package development, production, and progress tracking.
• Gather necessary package and product specifications from suppliers and printers.
• Follow up on pending information and invoices as needed.
• Attend product development meetings with internal and external teams.
• Maintain packaging technical specification sheets in the PLM system.
• Provide timely project status updates.
