RYZE is seeking a Packaging Designer to own the design and production of packaging across the full SKU portfolio. You will drive packaging from concept to production-ready artwork and manage revisions to ensure brand-consistency.

You will work with Brand Creative, Marketing, Product, Regulatory, Operations, and Production to deliver excellent packaging, coordinating with printers and ensuring regulatory requirements are met across multiple retail environments.

Formación

• 4+ years of packaging design experience in CPG/food & beverage or consumer health brands.
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator; strong Photoshop and InDesign.
• Deep understanding of print production, substrates, finishes, color management, and production file prep.
• Experience designing for multiple retail environments: DTC, specialty, and mass retail.
• Strong understanding of packaging regulations and on-pack requirements (nutrition panels, ingredients, certifications, Prop 65).
• Experience managing artwork versioning across a multi-SKU portfolio.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
• Strong communicator with internal teams, printers, and production partners.

Responsabilidades

• Packaging Design & Concepting across RYZE’s product portfolio from concept to final artwork.
• Prepare print-ready artwork files with die-lines, color callouts, and finishing specs.
• Coordinate with printers and production partners to meet technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Regulatory to ensure compliance without compromising design quality.
