RYZE is seeking a Regulatory Specialist for a remote role in the USA. You’ll own label compliance and regulatory clearance for the growing product portfolio, ensuring FDA dietary supplement and food labeling requirements are met and claims are substantiated.

You’ll partner with Product Development, Marketing, and QA to embed regulatory review early in development and manage Amazon Seller Central and retailer listings. Prior experience in consumer wellness brands is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or health-related field.
• 3–5 years regulatory experience at a consumer brand or dietary supplement company.
• Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement and food labeling regulations.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and retail channel requirements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review product labels, supplement facts panels, and packaging for FDA compliance.
• Evaluate label claims and ensure substantiation with available evidence.
• Own regulatory clearance for new product launches and co-ordinate documentation.
• Maintain channel-specific compliance for retailer and e-commerce listings.
• Review ingredient documentation and GRAS status; monitor regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory review into workflows.
• Maintain regulatory files, SOPs, and documentation standards.
