Job summary

The Lip Bar is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with deep expertise in packaging design to bring our brand vision to life across packaging, product launches, digital content, and retail experiences. You will collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to create cohesive brand experiences that stand out online and on shelves.

Responsibilities include designing packaging from die-lines to production-ready files, creating marketing assets, and ensuring regulatory and retail

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of packaging mechanics, print techniques and pre-press standards.
• 3–5+ years of professional design experience in beauty/CPG or similar.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; motion, 3D, or AI concepting is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showing packaging and marketing design work.
• Ability to translate strategy and briefs into compelling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and execute packaging for product launches and refreshes.
• Create marketing assets including social media, websites, toolkits, and retailer collateral.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing to meet regulatory and retail needs.
• Manage multiple projects with on-time delivery and visual excellence.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers for proofs and production quality.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms and media.
• Work with clients to translate ideas into cross-media creative solutions.
• Stay informed on trends and generate fresh concepts for cross-channel testing.
