Job summary

KISS Beauty Group is seeking a Specialist (Package & Graphic Designer) to develop and execute packaging and digital design across product lines. You’ll ensure outputs align with brand guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support print and digital initiatives.

Applicants should have a graphic design degree, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, typography, and color theory. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2+ years of professional design experience or a strong design internship.
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and basic print production.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of the beauty industry trends and consumer landscape.
Experience with digital asset creation and brand website development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across teams to support brand, packaging, and digital design initiatives.
Prepare brand and packaging design files following typography, color, and layout standards.
Produce and organize visual assets to meet project deadlines.
Update brand guideline resources (templates, colors, fonts) as directed.
Create and support brand websites and digital platforms with assets aligned to guidelines.
