Thrive Market is seeking an Art Director of Packaging to lead the creative strategy, ensure brand consistency, and oversee the packaging of all Owned Brands. You will manage a design team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and drive production from concept to print.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in packaging design and a strong background in brand development within the CPG, food, or wellness space, with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and print production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in packaging design and art direction.
• Strong background in brand development, preferably in CPG, food, or wellness.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and print production processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and consistency across Thrive Market Owned Brands packaging.
• Oversee a team of packaging designers and production artists; manage performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align packaging with brand goals and product objectives.
• Lead production oversight from design to printing; ensure color accuracy and print quality.
• Provide creative support for new product development and category expansion.
• Stay current on packaging trends, sustainability, and consumer behavior.
