Qualifications

• Two years post-high school education and enrollment in the fall at a technical college or four-year university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Maintains good academic standing and GPA.

Responsibilities

• 50% Package design and optimization: plan, research, prototype, evaluate, present findings to Executive team.
• Support design and development of packaging solutions for products.
• Contribute ideas to enhance user experience and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.
