City Brewing Company in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to support the Packaging Department with labor planning, training scheduling, and production resourcing. You will work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Production Planning, Training, and Safety to ensure proper resource allocation during production times and to provide training opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), strong MS Office skills, and excellent verbal

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; combination of education and lead work in a high-speed manufacturing environment will be considered.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a unionized work environment preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays for a 24/7 operation.

Responsabilidades

• Plans weekly and daily staffing schedules using MS Excel and ADP.
• Plans daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Tracks attendance records in accordance with the CBA.
• Maintains inventories and orders department materials and supplies.
• Distributes production documents, including SOPs.
• Assists with GMP/Sanitation audits and any corrective actions after audits.
