You will partner with engineering and operations to align procurement with business needs and growth objectives, while ensuring compliance and risk management.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment with domestic travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business).
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management or supply chain leadership.
• Experience leading supplier relationships and high-growth categories.
• Strong negotiating skills with track record of savings and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the US packaging component portfolio.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies, including tariff mitigation and capacity expansion.
• Lead supplier relationships, KPIs, and RFPs/RFQs to secure favorable terms and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Finance to drive cost savings and value.
