Job summary

Western Builders Supply, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

You will stock, relocate, and organize inventory, inspect products for damage, maintain accurate documentation, and operate material-handling equipment safely. Collaboration with teammates ensures efficient, on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Stock, relocate, and organize products within designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or other quality concerns prior to shipment.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation related to orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Safely operate applicable material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment as required.
• Maintain established safety standards and follow applicable warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and shelf maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse employees and internal teams to support efficient daily operations.
• Support general warehouse operations and other operational needs as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment; stocking, relocating, and organizing inventory; and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position inspects products for quality, maintains accurate order and inventory information, and works collaboratively with warehouse and internal teams to support efficient and timely operations.
