Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish category sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional sourcing teams, negotiate with suppliers and execute contracts to optimize Amazon’s competitive position.
• Drive relationships with category suppliers to achieve the optimal solution and cost of ownership targets.
• Manage category suppliers to proactively identify, monitor and optimize opportunities.
• Act as a market intelligence provider regarding categories and keep key stakeholders informed.
• Drive category suppliers in Supplier Relationship Management to mitigate risk and improve performance.
• Identify, achieve and report on savings and value targets for category sourcing activities.
• Align with internal customers and understand the business application of the category.
