Job summary

Blount Fine Foods, a family-owned manufacturer in Warren, RI, seeks a Graphic Designer to drive packaging design and brand visuals across Blount’s portfolio. You will lead concept to final files, ensuring regulatory compliance and production readiness, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 5+ years in CPG packaging and creative project management, with strong Adobe skills, color theory knowledge, and experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphics design, business, communications or marketing or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in CPG package design, ad design and creative project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Experience with design for digital, print and web; video editing and motion graphics; photo editing.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and manage packaging for Blount brands from concept to final files.
• Develop digital and print assets for campaigns, brochures, social media, and websites.
• Support sales with packaging mock-ups, tradeshow graphics, and sales decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on branding and design initiatives.
