Job summary

Blount Fine Foods, a leading family-owned food manufacturer, seeks an experienced Graphic Designer to lead packaging design for owned, licensed, and private label brands. You will craft packaging, ingredient statements, and back panel instructions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CPG packaging/ad design, strong Adobe skills, and a keen eye for color management, prepress, and brand consistency across digital and print.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphics design, business, communications or marketing preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in CPG packaging/ad design and creative project management.
• Strong Adobe Suite proficiency and prepress knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create, influence, update and manage packaging design for Blount brands from concept to final files.
• Develop concepts and present early drafts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with Regulatory to ensure FDA/USDA compliance and packaging accuracy.
• Maintain organized design files and manage timelines with commercial teams.
• Partner with brand teams to execute digital and print assets across channels.
• Support tradeshow graphics and sales materials as needed.
