Job summary

Acoufelt LLC is seeking a dedicated Packager to join our Auburn Hills, MI facility. You will package products to meet specifications, safely operate hand tools and pallet jacks, and ensure quality standards throughout the packaging process.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with compensation starting at $18 per hour. Join a team focused on efficient packaging, accurate labeling, and continuous workflow improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and operating pallet jacks safely.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Fabricate packaging materials as needed to meet production requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency within the warehouse.
• Utilize logic controllers for monitoring packaging processes when necessary.
