Acoufelt is seeking a dedicated Packager to join the team in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role involves packaging products to meet regulatory standards, operating hand tools and pallet jacks, and maintaining quality throughout the process.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with starting compensation of $18 per hour. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401(k), and wellness programs to support employees.

Qualifications

• Previous packaging/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Proficient with hand tools and pallet jacks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Package finished goods for shipment with proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely.
• Fabricate packaging materials as needed for production.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged products for QA.
• Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow.
• Monitor packaging processes using controllers when needed.
