Customand is seeking a dependable Packaging Associate at our Cincinnati site to support daily warehouse and logistics tasks. You will package products, inspect items for quality, and maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable performing physical tasks while adhering to safety standards. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
• Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper sealing and labeling.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
