Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH, offering $18.00 per hour with shift from 7:30am to 4:30pm. The role supports warehouse operations to keep orders moving safely and accurately.

You will unload containers, palletize items, and assist with inventory handling in a one-day assignment. If tasks are finished early, you’ll be paid for a full 8 hours. This position is with Staffmark.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
• Verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, and support order fulfillment.

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Cincinnati where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Talent will unload shipping container and palletize items to get moved to the next step in the warehouse process. One-day assignment. If team gets everything needed finished before the end of the shift, they will still get paid for 8 hours

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
