Job summary

Fagron US in Canton, MA is seeking a Packaging Associate to support labeling and packaging in production areas. You will maintain equipment, operate production lines, and follow SOPs to ensure quality and compliance.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team, lift up to 40 lbs, and flexibility to work the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift, with possible overtime on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 0-2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs)
• Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed.
• Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing errors and completing corrections.
• Adhere to SOPs, cGMPs and manufacturing schedule.
• Aid in inventory control by documenting components and materials used on paperwork.
• Stand for up to 6 hours per shift and lift/move materials up to 40 lbs.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.

About the Job

Hours: 2:00p-10:30p

Pay: $22.00/hourly USD

The Packaging Associate assists in the labeling and packaging activities inside and outside of semi-classified areas. Maintains equipment, operates production equipment, handles parts and supply inventors per Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Responsible for assisting in the set-up of daily activities including set-up and staging of batches and materials.
• Responsible for documenting in batch records and logbooks.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error / deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to SOP’s, cGMPs and the manufacturing schedule.
• Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork.
• Be able to complete periods of standing up to 6hrs per shift and be able to frequently lift/move product materials during job shift (up to 40lbs).
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
