Novolex is seeking a Packaging Associate II for Mineral Wells, WV. Starting pay $16.78/hour with weekly pay and a $1 night-shift differential on a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM 2x2x3 schedule.

You will pack and inspect products, prepare boxes for shipment, and maintain a clean workspace. Ideal candidates have experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, work well in teams, and follow standard work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Pack quality product into boxes for shipment.
• Check finished product for quality issues off the conveyor.
• Pack containers and lids into sleeves and boxes (0–5 lbs).
• Grind scrap material out of sleeves (0–5 lbs).
• Hand tape or feed boxed product to the tape machine.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Build and label boxes as needed.
• Grind poor quality product.
• Re-pack product as needed.
• Clean machinery interior and exterior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

• Starting pay rate from $16.78/hour-Paid Weekly
• $1 differential for night shift!

Available Shift

• 6:00 am-6:00 pm 2x2x3 schedule
• 6:00pm-6:00am 2x2x3 schedule

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for packing quality product into boxes for shipment.
• Checks finished product for quality issues, as it comes off the conveyor.
• Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves & boxes (0 to less than 5 pounds).
• Grinding scrap material out of sleeves (0 to less than 5 pounds).
• Hand tape or send boxed product to the "tape machine".
• Responsible for keeping the work area clean.
• Builds and labels boxes as needed.
• Grinds poor quality product.
• Re-packs product as needed.
• Cleans inside and outside of machinery.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
