Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain gowning requirements including hair nets, beard covers, and gloves.
• Follow procedures to ensure controlled environment and product integrity.
• Perform CTB and labelling for Gamma and Gas Plasma products.
• Maintain 6S, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities, including data collection and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure GMP/QMS/SOP compliance.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2PM-10:30PM - OT required

• Perform Content to Box (CTB) and labelling for Gamma and Gas Plasma products.
• Maintain 6S, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Engage with continuous improvement activities, including problem identification, data collection, and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
