Job summary

SURESTAFF is hiring Packaging Associates in Aurora, IL for a fast-paced distribution environment. You will perform shipping/receiving, QA, and inventory control tasks with RF Scanners. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, offering competitive hourly pay and benefit options.

Temp-to-hire positions are available, with duties ranging from picking to pallet handling. Prior warehouse experience and strong safety awareness are preferred, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload pallets.
• Scan items into inventory control system using RF Scanner.
• Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
