Job summary

Altium Packaging in Tracy, California is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished goods. You will load, move material, and operate packaging equipment, while following GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, monitoring lines, inspecting bottle quality, and escalating any defects. The role may require overtime and varies by plant design, with a target pay rate of about $20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Loads, moves material and operates packaging equipment.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production and packaging.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
