Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Bowling Green, OH is seeking Temp-to-Hire Production Associates for NuProduce. Openings across Repack, Roller Room, Onion Room, and Fruit & Veggie Room. You will assist with food preparation, packaging, sorting, and processing in a cold environment.

Shifts run 12–14 hours with substantial overtime to support production backlogs. Full-time roles with comprehensive benefits offered after eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, assembly, repack, or food processing environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a cold environment and long shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, packaging, sorting, and processing.
• Work across multiple departments (Repack, Roller Room, Onion Room, Fruit & Veggie Room).
• Follow safety, hygiene, and site rules, including dress code and PPE requirements.
• Support production backlog through extended 12–14 hour shifts and overtime.
