Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisor experience is required.
• Experience in training and coaching staff.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• Ability to motivate team members.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Work in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead department within production lines and complete daily duties.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Coach and support production staff.
• Monitor and maintain vertical form filler machine.
• Ensure documentation and checks are completed during shift.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and GMPs maintained.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/Production Manager for equipment checks and sanitation.
• Assist employees hands-on as needed and improve overall yield.
