Job summary

Altium Packaging in York, PA is seeking a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level role handles packaging of materials and finished products, loads and moves materials, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP.

You will monitor lines, inspect bottles for quality, ensure correct labeling, restock materials, and maintain clean, organized workstations. Punctuality, teamwork and adherence to safety policies are essential. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Picks up dropped bottles and places them in designated bins.
• Inspects bottle quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Performs bottle inspections and drop tests for designated lines.
• Escalates bottle abnormalities and quality issues promptly.
• Maintains inventory levels and restocks supplies as needed.
