Job summary

Revance is seeking a Packaging Associate at our Johnson City, TN plant to ensure production assignments are met and finished products are prepared for shipping. You will handle labeling, carton preparation, and packing.

A high school diploma, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. You must follow cGMP procedures and SOPs, keep areas clean, and report issues to the lead or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Label containers and ensure correct lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Unfold and prepare cartons, place tubes/inserts inside cartons, and pack products.
• Assemble and seal shipping cases and move finished goods to staging area.
• Follow cGMP procedures and SOPs, keep work area clean and organized.
• Notify lead/supervisor of production issues and assist in other departments as needed.

Job Summary:

The Packaging Associate ensures that production assignments are met in a timely manner.

• Location: Johnson City, TN Manufacturing Plant
• Hours: Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

• Work on assembly line that fills bottles, jars, etc. with product which requires a lot of repetitive tasks and job functions, from putting lids/caps on container to putting finished product in shipping case.
• Label containers
• Unfold cartons to prepare for production
• Place tubes, inserts inside carton as it moves along conveyor
• Prepare shipping cases by unfolding case and using tape dispenser to close bottom of box
• Check for lot number/expiration date on container
• Package all finished product and move to staging area.
• Keep area clean and neat.
• Notify lead person/supervisor of production issues.
• Work in other departments or areas as needed.
• Follow all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Regularly works around moving mechanical parts. Noise level may be loud at times.

Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina. Frequently pushes, pulls, and lifts up to 20 lbs.
