This role suits someone who stays active, values reliability, and enjoys hands-on work in a team setting. Responsibilities include moving materials to WIP, building shipping crates, disposing of waste and pallets, and performing lift truck inspections.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to learn and operate lift trucks safely.
• Ability to mount and dismount lift trucks throughout the shift.
• Adequate depth perception and spatial awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Move materials from manufacturing lines and storage areas to WIP locations.
• Prepare and build shipping crates, strap, and package goods for shipment.
• Remove and dispose of pallets, cardboard, and shipping materials.
• Complete daily lift truck inspection check sheets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate lift trucks and other material-handling equipment after training.
• Support production and warehouse operations with additional duties as assigned.

In this role, you’ll help move materials, prepare shipments, and support daily warehouse and production operations. • Move materials from manufacturing lines and storage areas to assigned work‑in‑progress (WIP) locations
• Prepare and build custom shipping crates, strap, and package finished goods and production materials for shipment
• Remove and properly dispose of pallets, cardboard, and other shipping materials
• Complete daily lift truck inspection check sheets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate lift trucks and other material‑handling equipment after training
• Support production and warehouse operations with additional duties as assigned
