Knight Builders is seeking a dependable Packaging Assistant to support daily packaging, material preparation, and shipping. This entry-level role requires no prior experience; training will be provided. You will learn company procedures and safety while performing hands-on warehouse tasks on-site.

Pay ranges from $22.40 to $23.40 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance. Work location is in person in Swansea, SC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, products, and supplies for shipment.
• Pack items according to company procedures.
• Select appropriate boxes, containers, and packaging materials.
• Inspect products for visible damage before packaging.
• Count and verify items before preparing orders.
• Apply shipping and identification labels accurately.
• Organize packaged materials in designated staging areas.
• Assist with receiving and sorting incoming materials.
• Help maintain organized storage and work areas.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to a supervisor.
• Keep packaging supplies properly stocked.
• Follow workplace safety and handling procedures.
• Assist with loading and moving packaged materials when needed.
• Support other warehouse and packaging tasks as assigned.
