Cosmos Corporation, headquartered in Missouri, is seeking an Assembler for the Assembly Department. The role involves line-assembly, kitting, and operating packaging equipment to prepare products for shipment. No prior experience required; training provided. Expect to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a safety-minded environment.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; training provided.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitting and assembly tasks using hands and occasional hand tools.
• Package small containers into retail boxes and cartons.
• Operate packaging equipment including blister and shrink wrap machines and pallet jacks.
• Inspect packaged products for quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Lift and move items as specified by weight limits and safety rules.
• Complete tasks as directed by the department supervisor.
