Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking an Assembler II Trainer (1st Shift) for the Large Pack packaging line. The role trains and guides team members on assembly processes, using standard parts, bolts, screws, and hand tools.

You will work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, handle 50-pound parts, and participate in Lean initiatives including 5-S, visual management, and Kaizen events to improve throughput and quality. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and adapt to a

Qualifications

• Able to stand on feet continuously during shifts.
• Able to lift and handle 50-pound parts multiple times daily.
• Fine manipulation of hands with repetitive motion.
• Willing to support LEAN initiatives and 5-S practices.

Responsibilities

• Train all new Assemblers to the Packaging team.
• Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
• Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips and other fastening devices.
• Work under close supervision and from models, samples, or diagrams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5-S.
• Track and sustain visual management tools such as OEE boards.
