Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive's Hill's Pet Nutrition division is seeking an Artwork Process Management Specialist in Topeka, KS, to ensure the smooth flow of packaging artwork from routing to approval across the global system.

You will coordinate cross-functional reviews with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and R&D, drive process discipline under pressure, and maintain on-time production milestones while partnering with external providers.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in artwork trafficking, project management, or artwork production.
Very strong knowledge of artwork trafficking and approval processes.
Very strong workflow tool usage skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor, execute, and oversee daily routing and approval of packaging artwork in the global system.
Ensure cross-functional tasks meet KPIs and timelines.
Coordinate artwork approvals through team communication and mitigate delays.
Review each round of mechanical proofs and provide accurate artwork direction.
Clarify feedback from Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and R&D to resolve issues with providers.
Lead weekly status calls with artwork providers and regional leads.
Provide training on the global artwork approval system and support process improvements.
