Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Packaging Artwork Specialist in Topeka, Kansas, to manage routing and approvals of packaging artwork across the global project management system. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external providers to meet timelines and file-to-printer dates with consistent speed and accuracy.

The role requires a BS/BA and 2+ years in artwork trafficking or project management, plus strong workflow tool usage.

2+ years of experience in artwork trafficking or project management.
Strong knowledge of artwork trafficking and approval workflows.
Proficient in using workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor, execute, and oversee day-to-day routing and approval of packaging artwork in the global system.
Coordinate and facilitate artwork approvals; alert leadership of delays and mitigate issues.
Review mechanical proofs and provide accurate artwork direction for the workflow.
Interpret feedback from cross-functional teams and coordinate resolution with providers and printers.
Lead weekly status calls with artwork providers and business partners.
Provide training and support for users of the artwork approval system and drive process improvements.
