Cresco Labs is seeking team members for Sunnyside* facilities in Fall River, MA. The role involves hands-on production, packaging, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment with a Monday–Friday 3PM–11:30PM schedule.

Responsibilities include measuring, labeling, and testing products while maintaining sanitary conditions. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and potential discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the needs of the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced,changingand challenging environment.
• Proficiencyin windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30PM
