Job summary

Cresco Labs in Huber Heights, Ohio, is seeking a production associate for our manufacturing environment. The role involves measuring, packaging, labeling, and maintaining sanitary conditions to meet quality standards.

Previous factory experience is preferred, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. We offer a structured schedule Monday–Friday, 7:15am–3:45pm, with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and FSA/HSA

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and POS applications a plus.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 3:45pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range: $17 USD - $17 USD
