Job summary

Cresco Labs in Fairborn, OH is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will measure, package, and label cannabis products, ensure quality, and maintain a sanitary workspace while following all safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include challenging but rewarding tasks in a growing company with comprehensive benefits. Comfortable handling plant material and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 3:45pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range: $17 USD - $17 USD
