Job summary

BioPhase Inc. is seeking a Packager I to support packaging, assembly, and labeling of kits and products. You will follow written procedures and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include packaging/assembly, documenting in Device History Records, operating and maintaining packaging equipment, and keeping a clean work area. Safety and environmental procedures must be followed, with hazards reported to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 6-12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the packaging/assembly of kits and product labeling according to established procedures.
• Record work on Device History Records and/or associated documentation according to Quality Systems Regulations.
• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment used in packaging/labeling products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including performing Friday Clean-up responsibilities.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures and report hazards to the supervisor.
