Job summary

Custom Building Products in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Packager for 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. You will package product and off-load lines using manual, automated or semi-automated equipment on the production floor alongside industrial machinery.

You will collaborate with Production and Maintenance, receive schedules from supervision, follow safety protocols, and maintain a clean work environment while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Solid previous work experience required.
• Preferred forklift experience (not required).

Responsibilities

• Package product and off-load lines using manual, automated or semi-automated equipment.
• You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Collaborate in a team environment with opportunity for advancement.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
