Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Check packaging boxes and containers for correctness.
• Verify product date and weight are within guidelines.
• Seal filled packages and boxes.
• Ensure packaging meets company specifications.
• Remove defective products or packages.
• Assemble product containers on an assembly line.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Job Specifications

• Experience in production or assembly preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Refrigerated food manufacturing environment.
• Wet and cold conditions, temperatures from 25°F to 110°F.
• Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities.
• Lifting, kneeling, and bending with items over 20 lbs.
• Long periods of walking and standing.
• Potential overtime and weekend shifts based on production needs.
