Job summary

Aerotek in Hershey, PA is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to accurately pick customer orders using headset, walk up to 10 miles daily, and operate an RF scanner.

The position is contract to hire and fully onsite with a pay rate between $20.50 and $21.25 per hour. Shifts may include weekends/holidays, and benefits apply after eligibility.

• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and resupply bins with inventory as needed.

• Stock and maintain inventory freight in preparation for order picking while working on foot.

• Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare orders for shipment.

• Follow established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.

• Handle products and materials safely, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds when needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety guidelines.

• Work assigned shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth warehouse operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hershey, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.25/hr.
