Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Package Project Manager to act as a key technical resource for SPX sales personnel, managing all aspects of customer service and full-cycle project management for assigned territories.

The role includes processing orders, handling change orders, supporting contract reviews, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, warranty claims, and quality feedback in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of project or construction management experience or related customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and effectively implement changes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-function teams at all levels and present data and recommendations to management
• Solid base of leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Order and Project Management: Plan deliveries and shipments to balance customer needs with business financial goals; Manage customer communications, schedules, and milestones for assigned projects; Maintain target margins through effective change order management and pricing controls
