Job summary

UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization seeking a supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity, ensuring attendance and accurate timecard submission.

You will develop relationships with staff, coordinate training and meetings, and evaluate performance with management. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience also favored. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalence preferred
• Experience in supervising warehouse operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
• Ensures adherence to UPS's ethics and code of conduct.
