Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers at the Dayton, NJ facility. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with basic English proficiency and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs. Shifts are available to cover afternoons and evenings, with opportunities to join a growing team.

Pay: $17.50 /hr

Shifts:

• Sunday through Wednesday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or End of Sort
• Thursday through Saturday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
