Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers at our Secaucus, NJ location. Schedules run Thursday through Saturday 10pm–6:30am or End of Sort, and Sunday through Wednesday 10pm–6:30am or End of Sort.

The role offers an hourly rate starting at $18.00 with a benefits package and a 401(k) with employer match. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for deliveries, while remaining flexible, dependable, and safety‑conscious.

Job description

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Secaucus, NJ location.

Shift:

Thursday through Saturday 10pm - 6:30am or End of Sort
Sunday through Wednesday 10pm - 6:30am or End of Sort

“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

How you will be rewarded as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler:

Hourly Rate starting at $18.00/hr (weekly pay)

Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program

Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.

Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
