OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Hamilton Township, NJ to unload trailers, sort packages by zip code, and load trucks for deliveries. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Schedule

Thursday through Monday 12:00 AM – 6:30 AM, or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

• Loading trucks for deliveries.
• Being a reliable team player – everyone works together to get the job done.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (heat and cold).
• Capacity to regularly lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
