Job summary

OnTrac in Hartford, CT is seeking Package Handlers to join our operations team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and help load delivery trucks, contributing to a fast-paced warehouse environment built on teamwork and safety.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to work in varying temperatures, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be 18 or older and able to understand safety instructions in English.

Shift

• Sunday through Tuesday 1 am to 9 am, or end of sort

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
